Agreement
By using roofana.com or buying a roof through Roofana, Inc., you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version.
Services
Roofana provides online roof quotes and arranges full roof replacements through a network of licensed, insured, manufacturer-certified installation partners. Quotes are based on aerial measurements and the details you provide. A quote becomes a binding price once you accept it and check out.
Payment
You may pay in full or finance your roof through our lending partner. Financing is offered and approved by the lender on its own terms, not by Roofana. Prices include the work described in your quote — materials, labor, tear-off, permits, haul-away, and warranty.
Warranty
Every roof carries a manufacturer material warranty and a Roofana workmanship guarantee, both provided in writing at installation. Warranty details, including coverage length and what voids coverage, are set out in your warranty documents.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the site or your project is limited to the amount you paid for the project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under your warranty or applicable law.
